Starting on February 27th, we&#8217;ll be launching a brand-new Student Portal designed to make your CPA journey smoother and more enjoyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To accommodate the launch of the new system, <strong>the current <a href=\"https:\/\/student.cpaatlantic.ca\/\">CPA Portal <\/a>will not be accessible from 6 pm AST on Feb. 15 until Feb. 27, 2024<\/strong>, when the new platform goes live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What to Expect:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New Student Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration Deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update to Membership Dues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s New:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personalized Profile Access:<\/strong> Easily access your profile and update information directly. Following that, registrations will be available on the new Portal starting Feb. 27 and running until Mar. 8, 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payments will not be processed between Feb. 15 and Feb. 27<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments can still be received by the school and confirmation of receipt can be provided; however, no payments can be processed in our system during the data freeze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the launch of the new system, we will be accepting credit card, debit, and pre-authorized debit payments only, allowing for real-time processing so you can seamlessly complete your registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Update to Membership Dues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With the launch of our new Portal and internal data system, there is an update to how Student Dues will be processed going forward. We will be transitioning from dues being charged on anniversary dates to all dues being charged on April 1<sup>st<\/sup> of every year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Students whose dues are set to expire between May \u2013 Sept 2024, you will receive a prorated dues invoice in your current anniversary month that will cover the period for your annual dues remaining in the old billing cycle. You will then receive an invoice for the 2025-2026 dues billing cycle on April 1, 2025. As of April 1, 2025, <strong>all dues renewals<\/strong> will be set on the same schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the next few weeks, stay tuned for more updates and sneak peeks into the new system&#8217;s features.
